Our USA internet carrier is planning a software upgrade due to service quality sustainability, which will result in emails sent during a 30 minute period being delayed by up to 30 minutes.
The maintenance window is:
Start Date and Time: 2018-Apr-13 09:30 UTC
End Date and Time: 2018-Apr-13 10:30 UTC
(Please note - for customers in USA: CST = UTC - 6hours, CDT = UTC - 5hours)
There will be a 30 minute period within this maintenance window, during which emails will be delayed.
The will only affect emails sent via our USA servers.
If you have a requirement for emails to be immediately delivered during this period (e.g. you are sending critical alert emails), you can switch to use the following SMTP server name: mail-eu.smtp2go.com (this will connect to our European servers). If you are located in Europe, you will automatically be connected to our European servers.
If you still have SMTP server smtpcorp.com in your mailing software's settings, please change this to mail.smtp2go.com to ensure you'll experience no outage.
