Excess server burden caused by knock on effects from the Microsoft service issue caused abnormal outbound queues.

Our team is currently investigating an issue causing some emails to remain in the “Processed” state to Microsoft email addresses, resulting in delivery delays and greylisting. We are working to resolve the issue.
