DNS issue and Update issue

This two part issue has affected customers differently. First, for Australian customers, there has been an ongoing DNS issue with our DC host.

For the rest of the world, we had been working on updating privacy coding but have had to roll back an update that unfortunately had some unforeseen consequences.
