Identified

A small number of customers may be encountering an error when trying to log in to their account, or an error of "too many recovery attempts - try later" when trying to reset the password. Our development team are aware and currently working to resolve this. We apologise for the inconvenience encountered and will update here as soon as we have further details. Note: sending is not impacted.
